Sports Communication and Marketing

Sports Communication and Marketing prepares you for the dynamic industry of sports.

Whether you prefer being front and center reporting live, or behind the scenes helping with production, you will have the skills and knowledge to cover or market big-time sports events.

Because the business of sports is a $200 billion industry in the U.S., the demand for students with knowledge of business and communication is growing. Students will gain hands-on experience in digital media production and design and implement this experience in sports-related projects. Graduates of the major can pursue jobs in sports broadcasting, sports management, or sports information.

Get real-world experience working with FSC’s Athletic Communications. You’ll have opportunities to announces games, create video and photography content, and prepare for the sports information industry.

All freshman applicants to ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Èë¿Ús full-time degree programs must submit the following information:

Applying to ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Èë¿Ú Southern as a transfer student is easy.

If transferring less than 24 credits, we also need your:
